In July 2020 we started a learning journey to open our eyes to bias. Through Workplace Respect Training, we explored diversity, inclusion and belonging (DIBs). Since then, we’ve had about ½ dozen other trainings to help us continue this learning in pursuit of a more equitable workplace—a more equitable world, really.
June’s LinkedIn Learning challenges call on our DIBs training and give us a few more tools to add to our toolbox. Whether it’s Pride, politics or the patriarchy, the goal is to approach all these subjects and the people who are discussing them with kindness and the goal of understanding.
