If you Google the phrase “what does a CEO do all day?” you’ll get about 35 million search results. The curiosity exists in part because they’re “the boss”, but also because they’re part of one of the smallest departments in the company (usually, anyway), so people just don’t know what they do.

Global Production Update
ATS is at 70% for the week of April 26, 2021. The average ATS % for Stock has been just under 83% and BTO about 60% over the past 14 weeks. We fluctuate usually no more than a few points each week, which means our teams in distribution, production and planning are constantly shifting and working creatively to deliver the best possible service to our customers, despite the challenges we're facing.
Shout outs this week go to Adam Nelson (again!!) who continues to help us battle back against the Low-E glass shortages, and new team member Josh Clowney (Logistics & Customs manager, joined ODL Zeeland in March 2021) who is getting creative with freight carriers due to the container shortages in China. We also want to recognize the team in Gallatin, who worked a 12-hour day to receive in 11 and ship out 4 network trucks, and ship $422k of sales in one day! Great Teamwork!
