Consumerization of the B2B buyer is causing us to rethink the way we market and sell our products. E-commerce, instant order confirmations and up-to-date tracking in the consumer world has blurred the lines for B2B buyers. The way we communicate and connect with them is no different. Video is now compulsory in the sales cycle. Getting comfortable on both sides of the lens will determine your future success in this new virtual world.
