# Notes from the CEO: September 30, 2021

---

In addition to remembering Tomas, there are a few other topics covered in the blog this week.

1. Please take the **Trust Survey by October 7**!  If you’ve misplaced your unique survey link or code, or if you’re having any trouble getting started, please see HR.

1. We did it!  We used our 2-Second Lean skills and improved the accessibility and process for submitting requests for **matching charitable donations**!  The link for the new online form and policy document can now be found on Workday!

1. Want to learn a little more about what’s happening in the building products industry?  We’ll review the supply and demand numbers this week.
