2020 will be recorded around the world as one of the most challenging years in modern history. Our company certainly experienced the stress and loss that the COVID-19 pandemic brought to the world, but we also shared many moments of success, celebration and support. Our pledge to Stay Safe, Take Care of Yourself, and Take Care of Others describes the purpose and core values of ODL. It’s this belief in a common goal and a shared accountability for how to get there that defines our culture.
I want to thank all of you who ‘tuned in’ to the blog over the past 35 weeks. It was really cool for me to check in with you this way and I look forward to that continuing in 2021.
