At ODL, we're committed to actively engaging with our community. Our employees share their enthusiasm, time, skills, and energy and give of themselves in a way that allows them to affect positive change.

Making a difference can be as simple as playing team-building sports with at-risk youth or sharing stories and photos with the elderly in our community. Making a difference can also mean sharing specific knowledge, skills, and experience.
