Are custom sizes available?

What sort of regular maintenance is required for the Enclosed Treatments?

Hardly any at all. While you may elect to take the treatment down once a year to clean your glass, the Enclosed Treatment product is virtually maintenance free. For Enclosed Shades, you will want to make sure that you exercise (raise and lower) the fabric once a week.

Can the Enclosed Treatment frame be painted?

Yes, the frame is easily painted with acrylic latex enamel. Follow paint manufacturer's instructions.

What happens if I get condensation on my doorglass?

Interior condensation is caused by excess humidity in your home. Enclosed Treatments do not cause condensation, but are a good indicator of humidity levels that are too high. Keep in mind that new homes release moisture from construction materials through several heating and cooling sessions. The following is a quick guide to appropriate humidity levels:

Maximum Recommended Humidity Levels (based on inside home temperature of 70 F)
Outside Temperature F	Inside Humidity
20 F to 40 F	Not over 40 %
10 F to 20 F	Not over 30 %
0 F to 10 F	Not over 25 %
-20 F to 0 F	Not over 20 %
Below -20 F	Not over 15 %

If your door glass has interior condensation, you should be able to control it by reducing the humidity level in your home (for example you could reduce or eliminate humidifiers). Condensation does not indicate a defect in an Enclosed Treatment unit and will not damage your Enclosed Treatment unit.
